REALTORS® are professionals who help people navigate some of the biggest decisions of their lives — buying a first home, selling a family property, investing in a community, or putting down roots. All of it depends on professionals who value honesty, accuracy, trust, and doing things the right way.
Those values matter in the Auditor’s Office, too. Property records, public documents, licensing, and elections all require professionalism, accuracy, transparency, and public trust.

I am proud and honored to have the endorsement of the Tacoma Professional Firefighters, IAFF Local 31 — the men and women who serve and protect our communities in Tacoma, Fife, and Fircrest. For generations, Local 31 has stood up for working families across Pierce County.
Their support means a great deal. First responders know what it takes to run a public office that is professional, accountable, and there for people when it counts — exactly the standard I will bring to the Pierce County Auditor’s Office.

I am proud and honored to have the endorsement of AFSCME Council 2 and Local 120. Council 2, the Washington State Council of County and City Employees, has stood up for public employees across Washington since 1937. Local 120 represents Pierce County employees, including staff inside the Auditor’s Office.
This endorsement means a great deal to me. These are the people who do the actual work of county government: the counter staff, the records clerks, the elections workers who process ballots on deadline. I worked alongside represented employees in the Auditor’s Office, and I know what it takes to run an office that respects the people in it and gives them the tools to do the job well.
Having the support of the employees closest to this work is something I do not take lightly. I will keep earning it.

I am honored to have the endorsement of UA Local 26, the plumbers, pipefitters, welders, and HVACR service professionals who build and maintain the systems our communities run on across Western Washington, including here in Pierce County.
Skilled trades workers care about the same things I care about in this office: doing the job right the first time, meeting the standard, and being accountable for the result. Property records, licensing, public documents, and elections all depend on that same kind of precision and follow-through.
I am grateful for their confidence and for the chance to make the case that a county Auditor’s Office should work as reliably as the work they do every day.
Pierce County elections staff and elections workers do hard, deadline-driven work, much of it under collective bargaining. Inside the Auditor's Office, I worked alongside represented staff every day. In telecommunications I have led teams in the same model. I welcome conversations with locals and central labor councils about what working people need from a county Auditor.
